3DM Service Form

Terms & Conditions

  • 3DM services are performed using original factory parts (unless an upgrade is otherwise requested) to ensure the best suspension performance.

  • Please clean all items as best as you can before sending them in for service. Do not use harsh chemicals such as brake cleaners as they can damage rubber seals. A quick blast of compressed air followed by a wipe down with a gentle cleaner on a rag such as window cleaner, Purple Power or Simple Green is best. Additional charges may apply to items that arrive excessively dirty.

  • When your product is initially received, pictures will be taken to document the condition. When the product is finished being serviced, pictures will be taken before being packaged. This helps protect both you the customer and 3DM against damages from the shipper so that claims can be made if necessary. Please note our shipping documentation for guidance on how to package your products before shipping to 3DM.

  • During service, all components will be inspected for wear. If any additional parts outside of the service requested are found to be out of tolerance, we will notify the customer and an additional estimate will be sent requiring approval before work progresses further.

  • Additional charges may apply to expedited requests. Please be aware that there is always a chance your product requires additional work beyond initial scope which can delay timeframes. We do our best to accommodate those who have their car stuck in a non ideal situation. Always have a backup plan.

  • Upgrade products, such as springs or new top mounts, will be invoiced separately before service begins. Once service is complete a final preapproved invoice will be sent for the service work performed before we ship your final product back.

  • Please document all clicker, spring perch heights, or camber plate settings before sending your product for service. Many times these items must be removed during the servicing process. Do not note the settings on the shock (such as with a Sharpie) as they may be erased during cleaning, please note them in a setup document. 3DM is NOT responsible for these settings, they should be reset by the owner/installer after the product is reinstalled on the vehicle.
