Rebuild Service

Rebuild Options

  • Quick Service

If you haven't put many miles or hours on your damper set and are prepping for a major race such as a championship or long Enduro, we offer this quick service to ensure your dampers are ready. We inspect the damper for any potential issues, replace the "X rings" that see the most wear, replace the oil, and run them on the dyno.  

  • Basic Service (most common)

Our basic service starts out with an inspection of all wear items. We replace all of the critical O rings, X rings, and piston bands along with new fluid and a run on the dyno.

*Items such as piston rods, reservoir tubes, inner tubes, and guide bushings showing wear beyond tolerance will be billed additionally. 

  • Full Service

Our full service is a complete tear down of every individual component. Pistons shafts are checked for run out, each component is cleaned, and all wear items are replaced whether they need it or not. This includes, X rings, O rings, piston bands, gas valves, and guide bushings. The end result is essentially a brand new damper.

*Items such as piston rods, reservoir tubes, and inner tubes showing wear beyond tolerance will be billed additionally.

Revalve Service:

All revalves consist of modified shim stacks, oil, and dyno tested to ensure proper forces are obtained. No service parts are replaced unless necessary.
