6 STEP SERVICE PROCESS

  • Step 1: Service Request

    Copy and paste the following questions with answers into an email and send it over to us.

  • Step 2: Scheduling

    Once we understand the services you require, we will review our schedule and parts inventory to determine a date that is best for you to send in your suspension. Each service job timeframe is determined on a case by case basis.

  • Step 3: Invoicing

    Invoices will be sent either prior to service, upon completion of service, or a combination of both. This is also determined on a case by case basis. For example, special order parts may be invoiced in advance while standard parts and service labor may be invoiced upon completion of service.

  • Step 4: Ship to 3DM

    When boxing your suspension, make sure each damper is well wrapped and the clicker knobs are well protected. Clicker knob damage is the most common damage from shipping. Note, we use our own system of packaging to return your suspension therefore your original box will be discarded. Please ship to the following Address:

  • Step 5: Service Work

    Once we receive your dampers, we photo document their condition and begin the service process based on the information from the 'Service Request Form' and any other correspondences. During service work we may find issues that require your approval to fix beyond the original scope. In this case we will contact you to discuss.

  • Step 6: Return Shipping

    Once service work is completed and all components pass testing, we return your suspension using UPS shipping services. (We do not use FedEx or USPS). Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight, insurance, and type of shipping service requested (ground or expedited). Reminder, we use our own system of packaging to return your suspension therefore your original box will be discarded.
