- Make sure each shock is individually wrapped and protected.
- Clicker knobs get damaged the most in shipping. Keep them well protected. The best way to prevent clicker knobs from getting damaged is to prevent the ability of the shocks from sliding around inside the box.
- Make sure to insure your package. 3DM is not responsible for damaged shipping.
- 3DM has our own system of return packaging. Your original packaging will be discarded. If you want to keep your original suspension kit box, use an alternative box to ship your suspension.
